- Community Informational Items. These non-action agenda items are dedicated to facilitate communications and share information within the Olympic Valley. The organizations include, but are not limited to:

- Financial Consent Agenda. All items listed under this agenda item will be approved by one motion. These items are routine, non-controversial, and the finance-related items have been reviewed by the Finance Committee. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the audience, board, or staff requests the removal of an item for separate consideration. F-1 PUBLIC HEARING: Fire Impact Fee Program
Proposed Action: Review item, conduct a public hearing, and adopt Resolution 2026-20 approving the Annual Report for the Fire Impact Fee Program, adopting a Capital Improvement Plan, approving the annual inflationary adjustment, and requesting the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopt and implement updated fire impact fees on behalf of the District. - F-2 Full-Time Chlorination Feasibility Study
Information Only: Review item and accept public comment. - F-3 Appoint Representative to Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Agency
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and adopt Resolution 2026-21, appointing a representative to the Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Agency for a four-year term. - F-4 Review of Policy 3085 – Disposal of Surplus Property
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, and adopt Resolution 2026-22 approving revisions to the District’s Disposal of Surplus Property Policy. - F-5 District Loader Purchase
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve purchase of Volvo L60H Loader for the District in an amount not-to-exceed $220,000, authorize the General Manager to execute all necessary contractual documents. Declare the 1998 John Deere 444H Loader as surplus equipment, and authorize staff to conduct a sale, donate and/or dispose of the items.
